How does it work? Efficiently.
Because we work out of two satellite offices, we don't have the distractions of a typical workplace. Our phones don't ring off the hook, and people don't stop by to chat. We conduct most of our business online and with the help of FedEx.
Now for the particulars: We have a concise work request form, which you can access on our website. When you click the "submit" button, a copy of the request is sent, via e-mail, to the partners at AOSI. A copy is also e-mailed back to you. Within minutes of receipt, we review our current workload and respond to your request. If we are able to meet your needs and schedule, we provide a link for you to fill out a more detailed order form. You then send us the architectural drawings, specifications and any other pertinent information required. Or, you can send a disc or a link to an FTP site where we can download plans and we will print the plans in-house.
Because of e-mail attachment size restrictions -- some of these files can be huge -- we provide a secure ftp server for you to upload or download files. You'll have your own user name and password. No one else has access.
If you are currently a Comsense Advantage user, we can use a remote desktop connection to work directly in your system. Or you can export an Advantage project file to us, we can perform the required work and export the Advantage file back to you.
If you are a Comsense AHM (the DOS version) user, we can perform the work in our Advantage system and export the file for you to import into AHM.
If you are not a Comsense user, we can export information in many file formats, including Microsoft Excel.
